GLASSELL PARK

Eagle Rock is a proudly independent-minded neighborhood in Northeast Los Angeles, named for the eagle-shaped rock formation that once overlooked the area. Formerly its own city, it joined Los Angeles in 1923 but has held onto a distinct, small-town feel ever since.
