We help people buy and sell homes throughout Los Angeles. But our work goes far beyond opening doors and writing contracts. We guide our clients through every step. From preparing a home for market with design, renovations, landscaping, and staging, to negotiating offers, navigating escrow, and connecting buyers with trusted lenders, inspectors, contractors, and just about anyone else they might need along the way. Think of us as your real estate agents, project managers, therapists, and occasional movers of heavy furniture.

We'd like to think it feels like having two knowledgeable friends who happen to know a lot about real estate. We're responsive, honest, and probably a little too detail-oriented. We'll celebrate the wins with you, solve problems before they become bigger problems, and be the first to tell you when a house isn't the right fit - even if everyone else is telling you to write an offer.

We're incredibly hands-on. Every home has a story, and we love figuring out how to tell it in a way that feels authentic. We approach each listing with a design eye, a tailored marketing plan, and plenty of attention to detail.
When working with buyers, we're thoughtful, patient, and honest. We know when to move quickly, when to slow down, and when to tell you, "This isn't the one." Protecting our clients is always more important than closing a deal.
We're also big believers that buying or selling a home shouldn't feel intimidating. Our goal is to make the process feel informed, collaborative, and even fun.

It was (platonic) love at first sight! After becoming friends and starting to do deals together and share clients, we decided to merge our businesses.
We both care deeply about good design, thoughtful service, and treating people the way we'd want to be treated ourselves. After working together, it became pretty obvious we were better as a team than we were individually - and we've been partners ever since.
