A native Angeleno, Katie was born and raised in Santa Monica. She attended Brentwood School, and the University of Colorado Boulder, where she studied psychology. After college, Katie’s passion for interior design, coupled with her inherent love of Southern California’s landscape and architecture, led her to a job working for a seasoned agent at a top real estate firm in Beverly Hills. There, Katie managed an extensive client list, became versed in the many facets of the business - from home staging to renovation - and became an agent at the company. Several years later, she joined the prestigious firm Nourmand & Associates. Katie’s enthusiasm for her work, her candor, wit, and attention to detail make her stand out as an agent. She has a deep understanding of the market, and always puts her clients’ needs first. Katie treats every clients’ home search or sale as if it were her own. During her almost two decades in real estate, Katie has worked with a wide range of buyers and sellers and has sold properties all over Los Angeles.
